Annual Chamber
BANQUET

The Beebe Chamber of Commerce's annual banquet is a celebration of our members success and growth throughout the year. It is an opportunity for us to come together and recognize their hard work and dedication to the city of Beebe.

Every year, we also host a silent auction with a variety of items, proceeds of which go towards keeping the Beebe Chamber of Commerce running. We are very fortunate to have unity among our community, which wouldn't have been possible without our sponsors, donors, business owners, volunteers and great citizens.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to another successful annual banquet.

2026 Beebe Chamber Banquet
SERVICE. LEADERSHIP. COMMUNITY.

The Beebe Chamber of Commerce invites you to its Annual Chamber Banquet on Thursday, April 2, at 5:30 p.m., hosted at Centennial Bank Gymnasium.

This year’s theme—Service. Leadership. Community.—reflects the values that define Beebe and the people who serve it. The banquet is an evening to celebrate progress, recognize leadership, and come together as a community committed to moving Beebe forward.

We are honored to welcome Chief Bradley Taylor as our guest speaker.

Chief Taylor has served in law enforcement since 1997 and currently serves with the Hazen Police Department. Law enforcement runs deep in his family—his father served 37 years as an Arkansas State Trooper, both of his brothers are officers, and his son, Trooper Gavin Taylor, serves with the Arkansas State Patrol. Together, three generations represent a lifetime of service, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting others.

Chief Taylor is widely recognized for his leadership on Arkansas highways and his role in high-profile pursuits, including appearances on On Patrol: Live. However, beyond the headlines and high-speed chases, Chief Taylor is known for something far more impactful: his message.

His presentation, “Faith, Family, and the Fight to Survive,” is a powerful and honest reflection on resilience, personal struggle, and the importance of supporting one another. Through sharing his own failures and challenges—as an officer, a husband, a father, and a friend—Chief Taylor delivers a message that resonates far beyond law enforcement. His goal is simple but profound: to reach just one person.

This year’s banquet promises to be an inspiring evening of connection, reflection, and community pride. We look forward to welcoming Chamber members, community leaders, and guests as we celebrate the people and principles that make Beebe strong.

About

Chief Bradley Taylor

Chief Bradley Taylor is a graduate of Hazen High School and began his law enforcement career in 1996 as a dispatcher with the Prairie County Sheriff’s Office. In 1997, he joined the Stuttgart Police Department as a jailer. Upon turning 21 in April of 1998, he became a police officer with Stuttgart PD and later graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA), Class 99-B.

Throughout his career, Chief Taylor has served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Prairie County Sheriff’s Office, Chief of Police for the DeValls Bluff Police Department, and has proudly served as Chief of Police for the Hazen Police Department since 2010. He brings 28 years of law enforcement experience to the profession.

In July of 2023, Chief Taylor had the privilege of being featured as an officer on the nationally recognized television show On Patrol Live. Since that time, the Hazen Police Department has risen to the number one department on the show, creating opportunities to highlight professional policing on a national platform. He has also co-hosted the program five times in New York City.

Beyond law enforcement, Chief Taylor is deeply passionate about coaching youth sports. He coached pee wee football for many years before moving up to high school football, where he had the opportunity to watch both of his oldest sons compete in a state championship game—coaching in one of those championship appearances. He firmly believes that investing in youth is investing in the future.

Today, he continues that commitment by coaching Junior Varsity softball, working with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls, helping instill discipline, confidence, and teamwork both on and off the field.

Chief Taylor is also passionate about teaching Officer Survival, recognizing that survival in law enforcement extends beyond the streets and into the home. Suicide among law enforcement remains a critical issue, and this course challenges officers to reflect on whether they are truly present at home or still carrying the weight of what they faced on shift.

He emphasizes the importance of recognizing when a friend, co-worker, or supervisor needs help—and having the courage to speak up. Law enforcement has long been taught to “be tough” and hold it in. That mindset ends here.
